Cerarmix™ Coatings can be used in many areas of the mining operation from coating of the truck beds and shovels to the sluice lines where one might encounter corrosive and abrasive conditions. In addition holding tanks with acidic solutions etc. can be lined to prevent leakage and integrity of tanks. Then also pure Cerarmix™ Pipe can be used inside and outside the mines to carry material and to protect power lines and other secure purposes.
The Oil/Gas industry has many applications where Cerarmix™ Pipe/Tubing and Coating can be used from the production of the completed well thru the transportation to the many areas in the refinery. The coating can be used to coat tank batteries, tank trailers and to repair pipe with out shutting down the operations, which costs valuable time and money. Many of our installations have extended the lifetime of the material coated to that of many times over those not coated. Cerarmix™ In the maritime industry for the outside hull is probably one the most important areas of the vessel. Cerarmix™ Coating sprayed on the outside would allow the needed protection from puncturing a hole, baricle buildup, lifetime adheartion, etc. Also, coating the outside would provide less drag through the water and while tied up for any length of time, nothing would grow on the bottom and or sides. Coating the inside would seal from any leakage and allow for almost 99% complete unloading since nothing will adhere to the sides and or bottom of the barge, tug etc. The inside coating rates 9.5 on a 10 point hardness scale and does not allow anything acid to deteriorate its integrity. This provides the user to clean the barge and reload with out loosing revenue from dead heading back to original port and or to take time to clean by sand blasting. This generates extra money for the owners and increases the bottom line of the company’s balance sheet.

Tanks/Storage Vessels
As Cerarmix™ is abrasion and corrosive resistant, unaffected by UV light and struturally superior to steel and other similar products, these properties make it the only product worth concidering when producing new tanks or relining old storage vessels. An application of Cerarmix™ will lengthen the lifespan to any storage vessel ( for a period of time in excess of its original lifespan), and decrease down time due to structural disintegration and corrosion.
